Direct debit is our preferred payment method. It ensures your account is kept up to date without having to worry about processing payment.

Pinch Payments

Our payment provider is Pinch Payments. When we setup a direct debit arrangement with you, Pinch Payments will send you a confirmation email. When payments are processed each month you will receive an email receipt from Pinch Payments confirming the processing of the payment.

When payment is processed the description on your banks statement will read MWA*Coastal IT Solutio.
Our business name is Garth Weiley Coastal IT Solutions.

Invoices

We will always send you an invoice via email prior to processing a payment. Our standard terms for payment are 14 days.
Our telco services (Sonic Internet, Sonic Mobile, Sonic Voice) are all billed on a monthly basis with invoices generated on the 1st of each month. Payment is then due on the 15th of the month.
Other services we provide may be billed on a monthly, annual or other periodic basis. These invoices will also be due with a 14 day term.
